General Terms and Conditions

Easyrewardz has the right to terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site. You agree not to resell or transfer the Site or use of or access to the Site.

REGISTRATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT

  • In order to avail the Services on the Platform and to use certain features of the Platform (e.g. ordering Products, posting rating/reviews, receiving our e-newsletters), you must set up an account with the Platform and provide certain information about yourself as prompted by the customer information form, including, your name, gender, email address, account password, mobile phone number and billing/shipping address.
  • By accepting the T&Cs, you accept that Easyrewardz may send alerts, promotional SMS to the mobile phone number provided by You while registering with the Easyrewardz Platform, or via e-mail or push notifications. The alerts will be received in form of SMS, e-mail, and push notifications, if the user has enabled the receipt of such notifications.
  • By registering on Easyrewardz website, you acknowledge and agree that you must be 18 years or older to use the Easyrewardz services and that you have the capacity to understand, agree to and comply with these Terms of Use.
  • You are solely authorized to operate the account created by you. Consequently, it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of the log in credentials of your account on the Platform and for restricting access to your computer/mobile/other similar devices to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You shall remain solely liable for all the actions undertaken through your account.
  • You will: (a) immediately inform us of any unauthorized use of the account or any other security breach; and (b) ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session. We, our employees, agents, directors and officers will not be liable for any loss or direct or indirect damage arising from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions. You may be held liable for any losses incurred to us or any other user due to unauthorized use of their account by you. We reserve the right to refuse access to the Platform, terminate accounts, remove or edit content at any time without notice to you.
  • You represent and warrant that the information you submit during registration is truthful and accurate and that you will maintain the accuracy of such information.
  • It is your responsibility to keep your email address up-to-date on your account setup at the Platform so that we can communicate with you electronically.
  • Coupon Redemption- In addition to the T&Cs, reward point /coupon redemption is subject to standard and specified terms and conditions mentioned by respective retailers. Coupons are issued on behalf of respective retailers. Hence, any damages, injuries, losses incurred by You as a result of using the coupon is not the responsibility of Easyrewardz and its affiliates, and each of their directors, officers, employees.
  • The clarity, readability, accuracy and promptness of providing the SMS/e-mail alert/push notification service depend on many factors including the infrastructure and connectivity of the service provider. Easyrewardz shall not be responsible for any non-delivery, delayed delivery or distortion of the alert in any way whatsoever.

Limitation of Liabilities

NEITHER EASYREWARDZ NOR ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, AFFILIATES, WEBSITE CO-BRANDING PROVIDERS OR CONTENT OR SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR OTHER THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF SERVICE, OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Easyrewardz and its affiliates harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising in any way from your use of the Site. We will notify you promptly of any such claim, loss, liability, or demand, and in addition to the foregoing, you agree to provide us with reasonable assistance, at your expense, in defending any such claim, loss, liability, damage, or cost.

Privacy

We urge that you read Our Privacy Policy which governs the protection and use of User’s information in our possession as given on our website. User hereby accepts the Privacy Policy of Easyrewardz and any updates and amendments thereto. User acknowledges that Easyrewardz may change the Privacy Policy from time to time provided that Easyrewardz shall make available, the updated version of the Privacy Policy on the Site at all times. Your continuation of use of the Site shall be deemed to be your acceptance of the Privacy Policy which is then displayed on the Site at the time of such use

Intellectual Property

You may not download and/or save a copy of any of the screens except as otherwise provided in these Terms of Use, for any purpose as Easyrewardz is the sole owner and/or authorized user of any trademark, registered trademark and/or service mark and/or Copyright appearing at this website.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with laws of India. In the event of any dispute arising in relation to these Terms and Conditions or any dispute arising in relation to the Platform whether in contract or tort or otherwise, to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located at our registered office situated in Gurgaon (HR), India.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to amendments and modifications and may be updated from time to time. Your relationship with the Platform will be governed by the most current version of these Terms and Conditions, as published on the Platform.
